“Pappy’s Place” which sleeps eight, is a charming country cottage that has two bedrooms, two baths and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has a washer/dryer. The comfortable shabby chic living area has a wood burning stove. Overlooking the duck pond is a cheerful sunroom that has a wicker swing, rocker and a trundle bed. What better place for guests to enjoy sipping their morning coffee? It has its own picnic table, gas grill and outdoor fire pit. There is a relaxing shaded patio area with a swing where guests may gather, sip lemonade and enjoy the view of the duck pond. It is truly a bit of paradise!
$160.00 per night (Double Occupancy) Please call for holiday week-end rates and restrictions. There is a $15 charge per night for each additional guest over 12. Children 12 and under are free. All rates are subject to a 6% hotel tax levied by the State of Texas and a 5% service charge.
